I didn't see a pre-existing request for this so I'm making a new request for it. It'd be cool to see that Hudu have an option for retaining deleted organizations or assets of all types into a recycle bin where it is then retained for a few pre-defined values of say 30/60/90 days or a custom option. And once per day, a task would run to see if anything needs purged because it has met or exceeded the retention threshold, if it has, it would then purge. Idea is to create a way in which we have the option to retrieve deleted items if something was mistakenly deleted, or maliciously deleted, items once entered into the recycle bin, cannot be forcefully removed until it passes the window for deletion, however there still needs to be an option for permanent deletion, perhaps something like an option to if enabled, require 2 different admins agree to permanently delete on an immediate basis, and a requirement of 2 admins to disable said feature. I'm envisioning something like a page on the admin panel that shows a list of deleted items where we can filter by org, asset type and recover items out if needed. Also, options to have it distribute notifications in the event assets are entered for deletion or are permanently deleted so it can notify the rest of the team.

It would be nice to be able to use conditional logic for asset layouts. For example, if a certain checkbox is checked, an additional text field could show up. If the box is not checked, the text field does not show.

Connected fields sync one-directionally from the integration, so a manual correction in Hudu gets overwritten on the next sync. Requesting the ability to override a connected field on a per-asset basis so incorrect source data doesn't have to propagate into Hudu.

Is it possible to check on the service tag of a system and find out when the warranty expires? Would be nice if this populated automatically like domain information does so we can get notified when a server is running out of support.

When editing a record, there's no way to cancel. You either have to click "Update" or use the browser back arrow to get out. Please add a "Cancel" button next to "Update" to exit edit mode without saving.

Add an options for email alerts when record created/updated/deleted is trigger. Currently only option is a webhook.

Can we modify the IPAM network object to include additional fields? The fields we've typically documented under a LAN custom asset layout are: Subnet Gateway DNS server(s) - asset tag Switch(es) - asset tag VLAN ID DHCP Scope DHCP server(s) - asset tag Static IP assignment scheme

I would like to propose the ability to associate more than one Asset Type to an Asset Link. My particular use case is: I have an Asset to track maintenance on an asset in a company. We have our assets separated into different types, such as Network, Server, Computer, Website etc. I would like to create a global asset that would allow me to put when the maintenance was performed, who maintenance was performed by, asset maintenance was performed on (Which could be different types of asset types), what the scope of the maintenance was, and notes on the maintenance. Sorry if this feature already exists, I was not able to find where to do it.

Currently if you open an asset collection such as network devices, you will see a list of names, but no other columns are visible. In the same way that the asset collection layout can be modified, it would be fantastic if we could select columns to view here and the option to export the data to CSV for custom reporting

Creating a person in the Approval Matrix is not linked to the person in People asset. It would make sense to link this information together.
