Currently, when I terminate an employee on my password document management software, it automatically flags the passwords that they have seen. So, for example, if tech A logs into a client's platform and then Tech B logs into the same platform and changes it. Then Tech A separates from the team, that specific password is not flagged to be changed, as Tech A did not have exposure to the new password. If the passwords have been rotated with a tool, and they haven't seen the new password, then the password is not flagged as they don't know what it is. But all passwords they have witnessed are flagged, and we can either rotate them with a tool or send a team to manually change them, so we know we are secure from a tech separating the company. I know I can currently run reports on Hudu, and all the data is there. But for me to cross-reference when the tech has been exposed to the password and when the password has changes is a very cumbersome task. My current system flags them, but even if it were a simple report, it would make things much easier and more secure.
