It would be a great benefit to be able to sync the Hudu Global KB to Halo's Knowledgebase. Halo has a KB search when entering in a ticket and since we don't have our KB in Halo we would need a sync to allow the articles to be created/updated in Halo when entered into Hudu.

add a timestamp button to the rich text field type to indicate when certain notes are added.

It would be ideal to have the option to send a one time link to an onsite tech to collect photos from site directly from onsite tech. We could then categorize/delete/etc later.

On the left hand panel there should be a vendor category that can be form of sorts to add in something like an ISP or software vendor that wold support that company. Add in contact numbers, emails, notes, etc.

Hello Hudu team, I would like to request a feature enhancement related to password access auditing. Idea When a user views a password in Hudu, the system should prompt them afterward asking whether the password worked. For example: Did this password work? ✅ Yes ❌ No Purpose This would allow Hudu to maintain a log that shows: • How often each password is used • How frequently it succeeds or fails • Which credentials may be outdated or incorrect • Better internal auditing without requiring external notes or checklists Benefits • Improves password reliability and lifecycle management • Helps support and IT teams identify stale or incorrect credentials • Provides a data-driven way to decide when passwords should be updated • Enhances security and accountability without additional overhead This feature would be very helpful for support and systems teams who frequently handle shared credentials and need quick feedback on password validity. Add an option to skip all shared mailboxes/ unlicensed users in the Microsoft Office Sync to reduce the overload of unneeded contact data.

Ability to edit/markup an image (specifically one taken from the built in screen capture). It would be great to be able to clean up / resize / highlight image files generated from hudu plugin screen cap.

It would be nice to see an option for machine details that are synced from NinjaOne when a machine is last online or if it has been deleted. At times we get stale content within Hudu when a machine is cleaned up from Ninja but not from Hudu. Having a field to say when it was last online or that it no longer exists in Ninja would be very helpful in keeping the information current.

It would be amazing if one could open up an asset layout list and be able to put it into a "grid" or "table" view to allow for multiple item editing (with the ability to copy and replace asset information from a source like an excel spreadsheet) vs having to open each asset one at a time to make batch changes to the data contained within.
