Implementing support for storing FIDO2 Passkeys in Hudu where they can be used through the web extension or similar to login to passkey enabled services. We have requirements for some clients to have FIDO2 or other phishing resistant authentication, but the only way we can do that now is through a separate password manager like Keeper or 1Password.

When generating a share link for a process run, users have no control over which tasks or subtasks are visible -- the entire process run is exposed to anyone with the link. Granular visibility controls would let users include or exclude specific tasks/subtasks before generating the link, preventing sensitive internal steps from being shared with external recipients. This is a common MSP use case where process runs are shared with clients but contain steps not meant for client eyes. A simple per-task toggle or checklist at the point of link creation would cover most use cases. Processes already have a clear task/subtask structure, so the data model for scoped sharing is already there.

I'd like to be able to see my recent created docs and recent edits in additon to recent views. even better a scoreboard of top editors and creators.

It would be great to pull in all of our clients Microsoft 365 tenants via multi-tenancy setup!

Would like to have a automated notification of license renewal dates to allow time to rebalance license counts prior to renewal.

A workflow option to allow anyone but Admins to make changes to assets/ KB's/ passwords and have it flag. Also bonus if Admins are the only ones who can remove flags, or set it as a permission that certain editors can do this as well

Currently, task management within Hudu lacks a visual calendar-style interface that allows teams to easily organize and track work across time. I would like to suggest the addition of a calendar-based task board (similar to a monthly/weekly view), where tasks can be visually scheduled and managed. Each task should support key attributes such as: Assigned client Task status (e.g., pending, in progress, completed) Assigned collaborator/technician Additionally, it would be very useful to include filtering capabilities, allowing users to: View tasks by specific collaborators Filter by client Filter by status This would make it easier to track workload distribution, monitor progress, and quickly understand what each team member is working on. A shared calendar view would also improve team coordination and planning, especially in environments where multiple consultants are handling tasks across different clients. Additional suggestions: Drag-and-drop functionality to reschedule tasks Color-coding based on status or collaborator Optional notifications or reminders for upcoming tasks Integration with existing assets or client records This feature would significantly enhance task visibility, planning efficiency, and overall team productivity within Hudu.

Please add configurable rate-limiting controls for the MCP Server within Admin > External Apps > MCP. This could include the ability to enable or disable rate limiting, configure limits per API key or MCP client, and define adjustable thresholds such as requests per minute, concurrent connections, and burst limits. It would also be very helpful to provide logging and visibility into rate-limited requests, top MCP consumers, and currently active MCP sessions. Optional IP-based restrictions or allowlists, along with the ability to temporarily block abusive or malfunctioning MCP clients directly from the UI, would also be valuable additions. As MCP adoption continues to grow, and more AI providers, IDEs, automation tools, and integrations begin connecting to Hudu. Administrators need additional visibility and control over MCP traffic and resource consumption.
