Reporting on comments added to process run

We use Processes extensively as operational checklists and often record important notes against individual process runs. Examples include:
"27/07/2026 - 1 invoice missing from import, manually uploaded."
or other free-text comments that capture exceptions, manual interventions, issues encountered, or additional context.
The challenge is that once a process run has been completed, there is currently no easy way to identify which runs contain comments without opening each run individually. This makes it difficult to review historical exceptions, audit manual actions, or identify recurring issues.
Proposed Enhancement
Add a reporting capability for completed process runs that includes:
A selectable date range.
One row per completed process run.
A column indicating whether comments exist.
A column displaying a preview of the comment (for example, the first 50 characters of the comment).
Blank values where no comment was entered.
Optional filtering to show only runs containing comments.
This would allow users to:
- Quickly identify process runs that required manual intervention.
- Review exceptions and operational issues without opening every completed run.
- Improve auditability and traceability of checklist-based processes.
- Analyse trends and recurring problems across process executions.
This enhancement would significantly improve the usefulness of Processes as operational checklists and provide much better visibility into the important contextual information that users capture in comments.
I think the key selling point to Hudu is not just "show comments", but that this provides an exception reporting mechanism, allowing organisations to quickly find runs where something unusual occurred.
I have attached an example of what this report could look like.
