It would be a great benefit to be able to sync the Hudu Global KB to Halo's Knowledgebase. Halo has a KB search when entering in a ticket and since we don't have our KB in Halo we would need a sync to allow the articles to be created/updated in Halo when entered into Hudu.

Implementing support for storing FIDO2 Passkeys in Hudu where they can be used through the web extension or similar to login to passkey enabled services. We have requirements for some clients to have FIDO2 or other phishing resistant authentication, but the only way we can do that now is through a separate password manager like Keeper or 1Password.

I would be nice to allow a client to update a shared password, or add minor information without eating a license

Having a Client/Company To-Do list at the home screen would be extremely helpful. Right now we use the Notes section and it works okay, but having a checklist/checkbox type form at the Company homepage would be useful for our Tech's to use.

Often, we need to copy an article from our set of files/folders over to a client's folders. Please provide a way to clone or copy a document to a client folder.

Ability to deploy an agent or probe to devices to pull live network information, asset data including software/hardware/patches/OS, etc. create network topology, etc.

I have a couple customers that share things like Wireless Networks... for instance multiple companies in 1 building sharing the network infrastructure. - It would be great to assign 1 asset to multiple companies - so if a change is made it changes across all clients that share that resource.

It would be nice to have the ability to add an alert banner to the top of all user's dashboard. This would be helpful when informing fellow techs of upcoming maintenance, or other changes.

It would be amazing if one could open up an asset layout list and be able to put it into a "grid" or "table" view to allow for multiple item editing (with the ability to copy and replace asset information from a source like an excel spreadsheet) vs having to open each asset one at a time to make batch changes to the data contained within.

As we build out our KB articles, it would be nice to have a quick shoutout to the members of the organization that something new was published, gives everyone a quick notification of new topics in the KB
