Sync Knowledge Base Articles to HaloPSA

Improved Hornet

It would be a great benefit to be able to sync the Hudu Global KB to Halo's Knowledgebase. Halo has a KB search when entering in a ticket and since we don't have our KB in Halo we would need a sync to allow the articles to be created/updated in Halo when entered into Hudu.

Would be great for this to also open up for SuperOps and other tools to sync

Really excited for this feature! This is super necessary to have as we need at a minimum our global kbs to sync to halo. Would also be super nice to have client kbs in halo as well. Might need a way to limit what kbs users can see through halo portal, but we should be able to take care of that in halo with permissions.

Lapis lazuli Kangaroo

We woluld love that as well. It's not bad for copy/paste to create. but then you have to remember or make a note to update both systems in the future if there is a change.
