We have a client with a parent company and multiple child companies in Hudu. They recently hired an IT Director, and we want to give her read-only access to documentation for all entities in one login. Currently, Portal Members can only see a single company, which forces us to either create multiple separate logins or pay for a backend user license just for view-only access.

It would be extremely helpful if Portal Members could access both the parent and all its child companies when assigned to the parent. This would allow client-side IT teams to collaborate effectively without unnecessary admin overhead or licensing costs.

Adding onto this one. It's particularly helpful for large client companies that track ticketing and inventories separately, while keeping an internal IT team that works with us as an MSP that may also need to see information about different sites.
