Allow API queries by serial number or any data inside an integration, or manually created card. Use Case: Query a system by serial number or any field data using the API.

I have technicians adding pictures to photos when they need to be added to the location. This is creating problems when someone needs to see pictures of server/network equipment at certain locations. I would like to have the ability to disable from adding pictures to photos but can still view them from photos. Maybe add an option to add them to a location from photos. This could really help.

Please create a feature to enhance IP address exports from the IPAM tool with the following improvements: Include the Asset Name in addition to the asset_id when exporting an IP address list. Allow additional fields to be included in the export as toggleable options on/off for assigned devices to an IP address.

We want the ability to automatically generate process steps based on assets created within a specific Asset Layout. This would allow for automation when setting up workstations or other repeatable processes, reducing manual input and ensuring consistency. Feature Requirements: Toggleable Setting – Enable or disable this automation per client. Selection Menu – Choose which Asset Layouts will trigger process creation. Process Selection – Ability to map Asset Layouts to specific processes. Flow Overview: Step 1: Create an asset within a selected Asset Layout. Step 2: The asset’s fields become steps in a process checklist. Step 3: Technicians can check off each step as they complete them.

As a small MSP, I am constantly switching between different companies in my HUDU instance, even though I'm usually accessing the same couple of passwords or docs within each company. It would be a massive value add to have a settings option that allows each company to open as a tab within the program (not another browser tab), so I can leave those records open instead of backing all the way out and back in each time a different client calls. Extra credit would be if you could set the tab limit to 3,5,10, etc and the oldest automatically close. Thank you!

It would be very helpful to have the option to remove a synced asset in Hudu when that asset is removed from the RMM. For us, N-Sight is the official place to rack the assets that we manage. Having to maintain two separate lists of assets defeats the purpose of the integration.

Currently, Hudu alerts are sent at a fixed time (evening MST) with no option to adjust the timing. This means users receive alerts based on their time zone. It would be helpful to have the ability to customize when alerts are sent to better align with different time zones and business hours.

It would be really nice if we could choose what information to put in the customer portal, e.g. bays etc., there is still a lot of information that customers do not have access to. Thanks:)

We'd love to be able to add/remove QuickNotes from the API for allowing us to automate various client alerts.

Add notifications when Hudu detects an exposed password and an option for a monthly report of exposed passwords per company or across all companies.
