If we have an item on auto-renew, such as a domain and we inspect that the domain is set to auto-renew in 30 days with a known good / valid credit card we would like not to get the same expiration in 30 days email every day until the expiration.

I find myself saving an edit, only to find that I misspelled something, or left something out after I press update. It would be nice to have a preview button before updating. This would prevent a buildup of update activity that are only seconds to minutes apart.

The actual list of Networks just shows list of different subnets without any context, ie there is no location shown so you are just shown a list of meaningless networks. I try added description to each Network, but this does not help when you come to select a Parent network, as the actual Location is not shown, just other subnets without any reference to what they belong to ie you get: 10.1.0.0/24 or 10.1.0.0/24.

The search functionality inside of Hudu is next to useless. Its completely broken. Its time for a complete redesign. Look at all the complaints about how search works inside of hudu?

Make it possible to add files to a rack. That way we can add GML or GraphML files detailing the wiring of the rack.

Unlike company password vaults, one cannot share passwords from myvault. There does not seem to be a technical or security reason for this.

When in a folder and selecting multiple documents, you click on Bulk Actions. Add a new option to set "Expiration date". Then use the current process to set a expiration date. This would allow you to set the expiration date for multiple documents at the same time, rather than having to individually set the expiration date.

Add the ability to set a default expiration date when a new document is created. This would be a global setting. Use case: Every time a new document is created an expiration date of 1 year is set. Should be either: a. A drop-down list with options like: 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, etc. b. A single field were you specify the number of days by typing a number.

Add the ability to archive a folder and all of the contents by selecting the root folder.

We pull in sites/locations from our PSA. When enabling the Ninja integration to pull in devices, there is no way to disable syncing locations from Ninja. This creates duplicates. I'd like the ability to just turn off location sync altogether in the Ninja integration.
