It would be nice to have the Description field added as a column to the list. For IP addresses that dont have an assigned device the Description field would help to identify what the IP address is associated with

It would be a great benefit to be able to sync the Hudu Global KB to Halo's Knowledgebase. Halo has a KB search when entering in a ticket and since we don't have our KB in Halo we would need a sync to allow the articles to be created/updated in Halo when entered into Hudu.

Uploads to photo sidebar entries currently do not accept HEIC photos. I've since changed the settings on the camera which took these, but not supporting such encodings seems strange.

Currently, there is no way to remove a parent from a child password or delete the child password from the parent item. Users should have the ability to: Edit a child password and remove its parent item. Delete the link to a child password from the parent item. Usecase: This would provide more flexibility in managing password relationships.

We use the Company number a lot for referring to other systems. It would be great to have the Customer Number as an additional column on the list of Companies (e.g. like Type, City, State/Province).

I have a wide picture that is being cropped on the PDF print out. Ideally can photos be auto scaled?

When searching index and show results for flagged articles. e.g. if you search for "outdated" then all KB articles with that flag should be shown. This was a useful feature in ITGlue. NB: I know about Flag Review in admin but this feature is for non-admins whose task is to review documents

We would like to request the ability to automatically apply a customizable watermark to any Asset or Knowledge Base article that is printed individually from Hudu.
