Tracking if DNS changes occur would be great, MX, A, SPF, DKIM, DMARC would all be great.

Enable automatic connection of Companies with matching names when one Hudu instance is bridged into. Requested Functionality: When one Hudu instance is bridged into another, automatically match and link Companies based on exact or configurable name matching. Optional setting to enable/disable this behavior globally or per user. Include visual confirmation of linked Companies with an option to override or unlink if needed.

For clients with multiple sites it would be great if there was an option to assign them multiple sites. Right now they have to use multiple accounts what causes confusion sometimes.

Ability for portal to be setup to share everything we have documented for a customer automatically without "add to portal" being clicked.

This should be a much simpler task to invite a client to the portal. Like other comments here have said it should auto populate all of the customers items. As well as Auto set up the portal once a user has been selected to be a portal user. We should be able to link the new portal user created to a person card in HUDU. At the moment it’s like 3 to 4 steps Invite the user as a portal user Activate, The Company portal Enable The Company portal Publish all assets to the portal I am not quite sure why this is so complicated… when it could just be a checkbox or button after you add a portal user Auto deploy portal Customer… I don’t understand the benefit of having to do it manually after inviting a user… I don’t think it’s security related… Honestly, it’s a pain in the ass…

An option to add items to the external portal for non-admins

I have a couple customers that share things like Wireless Networks... for instance multiple companies in 1 building sharing the network infrastructure. - It would be great to assign 1 asset to multiple companies - so if a change is made it changes across all clients that share that resource.

Please add the new IPAM and Rack management functionalities to the client portal as well.

It would be really nice if we could choose what information to put in the customer portal, e.g. bays etc., there is still a lot of information that customers do not have access to. Thanks:)

I would like External Portal users to be able to view documents/assets of child companies of the parent company they have been granted access to without having to create a new account for them.
