Creating a Process with the new screen Capture feature is great, but it would be also helpful to have it also be able to make it into a KB if we wanted a KB instead of a process.

Currently, Hudu’s browser extension ScreenCapture supports static screenshots and step-based documentation. It would be highly beneficial if the extension also supported short video playback for recorded steps or processes. This would allow users to: Capture and replay real-time user flows. Provide clearer instructions for more complex processes. Reduce ambiguity by showing context that screenshots can't fully capture.

We would like the ability to selectively enable or disable specific features in the Hudu browser extension. For example, we may want to allow only the Password Generator and the Screen Capture tools, while disabling access to My Vault or client credentials from the extension. Example Use Case: Enable Password Generator ✅ Enable Screen Capture ✅ Disable My Vault Access ❌ Disable Client Credential Autofill ❌

From a security perspective, Screen Capture concerns me. I have no way to centrally control which users can record their screen or configure an interval to automatically delete stored captures. Additionally We've already had a tech forget that they turned it on and basically record half of their work day. They purged all of the recordings, but seems that some sort of alert beyond the blinking red dot on the toolbar may also be in order.

Bring browser extension to Safari

Currently it takes a long time for the browser extension to just open, let alone use it. We would like to move to using it for passwords, but have been holding off as the browser extension takes almost 6 seconds every time to open. This would really add up across the company and multiple times a day as time just waiting for the extension to open.

Currently, users of a HaloPSA self-service portal cannot directly interact with Hudu Assist. Integrating Hudu Assist into the self-service portal would allow users to get assistance and access valuable automated support directly from the portal, enhancing their overall support experience. Please enable the ability for users to interact with Hudu Assist within the HaloPSA self-service portal.

Would it be possible for Hudu Assist to pick up the company/asset/user etc that is being viewed in the list preview pane?

In a recent update the default behavior for Hudu's browser extension is now to prompt to save every password it sees. This is really bad because it encourages staff to store client passwords in their personal vault. This feature should be disabled by default or it should be something we can control from the admin console.
