API

It would be great to have full API support for all functionality currently available in Dashboard > Admin > Groups, including the ability to create, modify, and delete groups via API. This would allow us to create groups, and modify their permissions via API, and allow us to Add users to a group via API.

I have a process to create generic KB for a new customer based on the content of existing articles using the API. It would be nice to be able to flag these articles so that its obvious they haven't been updated with customer specific details yet. Once done the tech can remove the flag through the GUI
