I would love to see the ability to archive photos in the photos section of Hudu. I am currently managing the photos section and unable to archive items and the only option is to delete, which is a feature also locked behind a manager role. I would like to see an "Archive" option for the "Editor" role for Photos. This would allow Editors to better manage the photos section just as they can archive articles and passwords.

Hi, we use processes for various repeatable tasks. But in some scenarios certain tasks you skip steps as they don't apply (e.g. for onboarding the person doesn't need access to the store room, so the store room task is not ticked). This leads to instances of the process with various levels of steps (13/17, 15/17, 10/17) but we don't know whether the assigned person as fully completed the process (from their perspective). 13/17 might be fully complete but 15/17 is still being worked on. If we could as a status field that leverages "Lists" we could define a process instance status. e.g. I could then review onboarding process instance that are marked "Complete" and check all requests steps were recorded.

It would be AMAZING to be able to bulk manage asset layouts into asset layout folders. Especially a god send after migrations from other platforms.

Loving the process feature! It would be even better if we could customize the step titles. Instead of "Step 1," "Step 2," etc., it would be great to rename them to something like "User 1," "User 2," and so on.

A way to have a preconfigured "default" country that kicks in whenever a new company is created.

We have some assets with MANY fields that I need to reference or look at. There are too many to put in to the column view. Please allow a quicker way to navigate between them - e.g. when in a view, allow for a previous/next button.

If process templates are exported as PDF, only the task names are exported, but not the notes.

Would love to be able to attach an Application to the related items in a Process.

It would be nice to be able to upload an two different logos for companies. One for light mode, and one for Dark Mode. We have some clients that have white or black letters in their base logo, which makes the .png logo letters disappear in light or dark mode respectively.

Can you please implement the ability to create folders in the My Vault section of Hudu, thank you!
