The mapbox integration is nice, but it would be even more useful if it could not only show the customers location, but also show our primary office location so that techs got a sense of distance to that customer. It would also help the mapbox integration to better zoom in/out on the location for more context. Right now, for our out of state customers or even those that are on the other side of the state - the map is fairly useless because it is lacking the context of where the customer is located in relation to us.
