Hudu - Zammad Helpdesk Integration

Hudu being one of the most powerful, cost effective, and greatest documentation platform I have used paired with Zammad Helpdesk ticketing system is the perfect duo for a small IT Team. Zammad is a simple and easy to use ticketing system that gets the job done. It would be cool if there was some kind of integration.
Zammad is also open source and do not have many integrations. Hoping we can start some collaboration since both products have been doing well

We are in the same boat and use Zammad! This would be really useful. Even just showing numbers like ticket count, open tickets and a more highlighted button for the customers to go to Zammad. There would have to be an option to link customers and companies.
Zammad is a serious project used in public administrations and universities.

Daniel N. Im seriously considering trying to figure out trying to build a Custom API that hooks to the Magic Dashboard. Thinking of it a little bit It could be quite difficult to link exactly everything from Zammad to Hudu. I think it would be useful if we listed some KEY functions you would like to see within Hudu FROM Zammad if that makes sense.
- It would be nice to have just a view on the magic dashboard or link to zammad showing open or pending tickets.
- Some kind of a link for device name and Assets potentially.
- Link to tickets within assets or users?
- Tickets Create KB articles?
After thinking more and more any other that would be useful that you can think of?
