We would like to request a new feature that allows a dedicated, connected field for storing and linking primary serial numbers in HaloPSA. This would allow technicians and administrators to accurately associate a device’s primary serial number with assets, configurations, and related records without relying on custom fields or manual entries.

Pulling the title information from HaloPSA would be really helpful for formally addressing customers and making sure that we don't have to update in two spots. Honestly, being able to customize the card in general would be awesome.

Please create an option for custom field data to be pulled from the Halo integration.
Important data is stored in custom fields, and excluding them leads to manual data entry.

Would like to see more phone details added or change them all out, we dont use the specific phone field that are targeted today.
With "Preferred Phone" it chooses the number you have configured as their Preferred Phone and hudu is already pulling data into that column in the halopsa card. (this is a default column in halo)
