This has been a suggestion for almost 6 years, and "under consideration" for just over 2. Could The Hudu Team provide any insight on this, please? I see suggestions that have been posted this year and have

zero

comments on them getting pushed through to "In Progress", yet we cannot get any insight into this integration which could be an integral part of our use of the system?

We are an CW Automate/manage shop. we would really like to have this added. Also have the tickets created by the companies imported as it does in IT Glue.

Currently starting trial of Hudu and this would be an important factor in our decision on whether to go ahead with it. We have CW Automate and the ability to integrate it with Hudu would almost be a neccesity

Hey there are many patches made for CW and HaloPSA intergration in the CWA API. Maybe it helps Hudu,too for synchronising.

TON

of data but an extremely small amount of that data is added to the configurations in CW PSA. Since the only integration with Hudu is between PSA and Hudu, we get poor information in Hudu as well. Garbage in garbage out.
