How is it that securing the documentation/password platform is less important than implementing AI/MCP Servers? Phishing-resistant authentication is a must! Please vote for FIDO2 authentication. What happens when an MSP employee makes a mistake? Now they have access to all your clients.

Please support hardware keys, my team and I are voting for this. A number of other MSPs at MSPCon2026 all agreed we would like to see hardware key FIDO/Yubikey authentication support.

Could we PLEASE have Hardware Tokens/Yubikey as a option for 2FA/MFA, using Hudu for all client info without this level of protection is worrying.

Why is FIDO2 not on the roadmap yet?

FIDO /Yubikey is mandatory for all our admins and we use SSO Integration, but you can still login with password if you want so please add Fido Keys as 2FA option.

How is this not a thing at this point?

FIDO2 / hardware token support should be a given in todays world for a product that stores the amount of critical data and credentials that Hudu does for thousands of companies in the world. I understand that you can back your way into FIDO2 support by setting up SSO with an identity provider that already supports FIDO2 but SSO also carries with it its own security concerns.

Please add support to NFC + Pin login on mobile.

Giving this a bump as I was surprised to find that Hudu does not currently support hardware tokens. With the amount of sensitive data that is stored in Hudu how can this be the case today?
