I'd like to see the ability to have articles/passwords etc have expiration dates and the ability to notify X amount of time out depending on the asset or credential flags for sending an email if it's important but also hopefully update the already built in system for flags.

For us it would just be nice to send an email but if we could backflow into CRM/PSA (Syncro for us) for instance to make a ticket automatically I'd really appreciate that too.
