Improve Search: Flags/Tags to KBs

To allow for easier navigation to the exact document an agent may be trying to locate, would it be possible to add search flags to allow for easier finding? Unsure if "flag" is the correct term. These flags could be created on each KB to include keywords, abbreviations, etc, to allow easier searchability to an item.

We NEED this feature SOOO bad! It's insane to me this hasn't been implemented yet. What are we waiting on?!?

I would love to be able to use Tags to search in the KB Section of Hudu. That'd be like really cool. Save lots of time.

We're starting to expand into using the KB section of Hudu more frequently, and the lack of ability to use tags is pretty appalling! I tried leaving a comment on a test article (just to see) and comments do not appear in the search bar either. That means we have to put anything that we may or may not want to search in the article title?

100% agree... searchable tags would save a ton of time. Having tags means we could track down info fast, even if the title or wording isn’t what we expect, which is super helpful when handling lots of clients or working across global KBs. Hudu really needs this.

This would help massively for KBs, would solve "Do I search Asset, Work Station, Endpoint, PC, Computer" in the search ect.
Can also mean we can search an error code while not using it in the title of the document.

Would be nice to be able to include password tags in search terms to make it easier to find specific passwords.

Yes please, our searches should always include tags- otherwise there's no point to using tags

Actually would love this feature for our company, as we use the Global KB a lot and searching can be rough.

Would love to have this. Can kind of use notes to have stuff show up in comprehensive search, but have some clients with split tenants. Would be helpful for that.
