Another thing that I noticed is that the link to the device in UniFi is broken. It always uses the default site in the link which does not work.

It’s a good start but misses a lot of polishing for MSPs to be really useful:
- Cannot skip SSL verification. You must have a valid certificate installed on the Unifi controller.
- Unifi card that is shown on assets doesn’t include site name. This becomes a problem when one customer has multiple (or even a ton) of different sites in the Unifi controller.
- Uptime field is just a number, I assume its seconds? A correct time format would be better (e.g. 1d 23h 10m or something like that)
- Field “experience” from Unifi isn’t imported into the integration card in Hudu which is a bummer.
- Field “uplink” is missing as well and would be great for a documentation software
- Don’t use their model ID, use their model name. u7pg2 doesn’t ring any bell - UAP-AC-Pro does. There are lists online to translate their IDs into the actual model names, for example this one: https://gist.github.com/sgrodzicki/265273ff0ede952d6fcd1a1eedb6aa60

I can not add a unifi controller to Hudu, it can't connect.. I see a lot of new reaction can hudu reopen this request?

Well done! It hooked up with our controller without instance and we got hundreds of devices synced from dozens of clients with UniFi infrastructures. We'll have to remap some stuff, but that seems easy enough (we split out servers from computers, etc) It duplicated the 'new' networks, even if they already existed (but it also pulled data into both the existing and new). But easy enough to delete the old one in the few cases we had already started building that part out and that doesn't seem to support remapping. You may want to highlight a bit more in the docs that it will pull in a LOT of devices, many you probably don't need, so throwing devices into the catch all at first might be smart. We threw devices into 'computers', but weren't thinking that a lot of phones, etc would get pulled in too. So perhaps recommend throwing the devices into the catch all at first and remap the ones that are computers/printers, etc. unless they know the device list will be mostly computers/printers. We'll work through it and I still can't say we'll switch back to the catchall for future stuff. Going to see how it goes.

I wouldn't call this done per se, the integration is far too limited to be useful for MSPs who have multiple clients with their own controllers, or clients with multiple locations.

Dimitri R. Yeah, I can't even get my instance to connect just says wrong username or password. I even setup a test user with no MFA and still no luck. Not sure if its because all my clients have UDM-SE's and they are all only accessible from the unifi.ui.com URL.

Taylor A. unifi.ui.com doesnt work, since UniFi has no API support

Emil A. Unfortunately, this integration is pretty useless then. I think it will get increasingly useless for most people if they are using Ubiquity's latest firewalls. They all have a cloud key built in and are accessed in this manner. Hopefully this will be resolved at some point. I was excited, but now I am bummed out that I can't use it at all.

While this is being worked on, this is a specific scenario we would like supported.
We host our own UniFi server as multi-tenant. We also have multiple sites for single customers. We would like to be able to associate several UniFi sites to a single customer.
