When going to create an article, it would be really helpful if there was a option to use template in the drop-down menu, and a dedicated Admin area where KB templates can be created like there is for the Process Templates. This ease of use will cut down on coping standard information and having to delete a duplicate just to keep the format

Hi there, you can create an article using a template when clicking the new article button (options are blank, use template and upload PDF). There is not a dedicated KB template area in admin, but authors and above can create a template from any existing article as needed. Hope that helps!
