I would like to be able to assign overall ownership of a process, rather than individual tasks within that process.
I work with a small 2–3-man team, often times an individual will undertake the entire process, rather than individual tasks. This helps to reduce mundane re-entry of individually assigning each task on a longer process, to ensure the dues populate on our dashboards.
Additionally, allowing the creation of assets from within a process and/or having a point to store data within would be considerably helpful. In addition, being able to tag other items like KB articles within a task for a detailed explanation would be clutch.
An example of this could be a new hire process.
Workflow with enhanced functionality could look like this for example:
Task 1 - Fill out form with all employment information. (name, department, job title, location, etc.)
Task 2 - Create user in Hudu (Copy/paste data OR autofill data from Task 1 form)
Task 3 - Link to KB Article about new user onboarding in AD/M365, optionally link to PS script for user creation.
Task 4 - Assign user to Workstation
Task 5 - Email user information to Supervisor.
