Yes - but, I would suggest not as an option, but, ideally some sort of automatic detection.
We have clients in different countries and it would be nice if it auto formatted correctly.

William H.: I agree. French number always seem to be +33 01 02 03 04 05. Surely it's reasonable to format based upon the country code?
