A client needs proof that we send passwords to them via secure means for ISO certification, but Activity Logs don't register creation of secure notes as events.
Would be great if there were entries in the Activity Logs for when secure notes are created and shared, not need to store the info that was in the note.

The logging for Secure Notes is almost pointless in its current state. There is no record of the creation, and when its viewed there is no details that allow auditing of what note was viewed.
I understand there should be no details about the content, but surely the logs could show who created the link, and what company the note is associated with, or at the very least an ID that lets you track when it was created and then read.
