When multiple technicians have the same process open, changes from one tech (completing steps, adding notes) aren't visible to others without a manual browser refresh. This leads to duplicate work and overwritten progress.

We'd love to see real-time sync so that all techs viewing a process see updates instantly - step completions, notes, etc.
