We need the ability to apply a custom template across all Quick Notes on all Customers in Hudu (similar to how the Onboarding processes apply to all customers) For example, we need to be able to list questions/ summarise the site for our Technicians - Who is the email provider, is it on premise or azure domain, are they using AD sync, who we buy MS licenses through, link to new staff onboarding process.
We refer to these as the 'cheat sheet' notes that you need at a glance, to get a basic understanding of what you are working with. At the moment we are having to manually edit the Quick Notes of each Customer in Hudu, and when we make a change/ add questions, all Customers have to be updated manually.

Might be a cool idea to allow for the selection of Quick Note templates to help structure this unstructured info. For example for a vendor, we might want to put something like:
Sales Contact:
Support Contact:
Support Phone:
Or, allow for additions/modifications to the Company form fields.
