Currently the "full export" only includes CSVs of licenses, KB articles, companies, passwords, relations, and custom assets. This means that photos, files, processes & templates, and other information is not exported. If we have a client request a copy of their documentation, which generally belongs to them, not us, it would not be an acceptable answer that "we can't give it to you outside our system". We need to be able to get data out of the system in a usable format.
