Processes - Add an option to allow process steps to be open automatically

Adding a toggle option will allow users to quickly access the data without needing to open every step each time a user accesses the page. This will reduce overall clicks needed to access relevant data.

This will be accomplished by the new process system, currently in beta. Process tasks are sticky, meaning they stay either open or closed per task, depending on the user.
