Portal User Security Settings - Granular Access

I need granular security to end users and not in general. So Portal User A can see all items that I put on the portal, but Portal User B can only see some of those items. Maybe with security groups. This is helpful if Portal User A is an admin on the client and can see admin passwords and admin KB's. But Portal User B is an end user who needs access to end user KB's.

I was shocked to dig into this today and learn that ALL passwords are available to every user in the portal rather than being able to restrict by folders, groups, etc.

This highly important. Not all users need access to all the info available. For example; passwords - restrict to client management role rather than all client portal users.

Iced lavender Albatross agreed!

Yes, this is very basic stuff. When sharing info with clients, not all client's users can have access to everything under. A big upvote!

I came here to add this. This is huge (and can't believe it's wasn't built this way from day 1). Without this feature, the external portal is useless; we can't have various users from our client's having access to everything added to the external portal. External users need to be able to take advantage of the existing groups, so external users can see only the items they need, and not everything.
