Photo uploads - support HEIC format

Uploads to photo sidebar entries currently do not accept HEIC photos.

I've since changed the settings on the camera which took these, but not supporting such encodings seems strange.

Oh, and HEIC will save disk space in your storage :)

We really need this, all photos from iPhone are HEIC now and I have a manual conversion step to convert to JPEG :(
