PDF Page/Paper sizes are different between KB articles and exported company data.

This can cause issues when compiling a full physical hand-off document for the client.

KB articles are A4 whereas PDFs generated by the Company Export are 8.5" x 11"

I would prefer all PDFs generate in 8.5" x 11" or a user selectable option between A4 and 8.5" x 11" in the administration settings.
