The ability to move a customer KB article (Ie change folder) to a global KB article would be nice, instead of copy/pasting. Copy/Paste doesnt save some of the formatting and doesn't allow it to be easily fixed.

Hi Caleb! This is actually already a feature. When on an article, click the top 3 dots and select "Move to Global KB"
