Hudu MCP Server added in v2.42, available now.

Although this would be cool to have, you can build your own using AI. We don't use CoPilot, but I have built many frameworks for creating an MCP in something like Azure, that we could then connect our AI tool (Hatz) to, and pull data using the published API. Good stuff.

Raspberry Unicorn wishing Hatz could work with this MCP, it is missing oAuth still.

Microsoft Copilot Integration (MS Graph Connector)

I understand this is not a small task, but getting a Microsoft Graph Connector developed for Hudu would mean that Microsoft Search can semantic index Hudu KB articles and such, and thus be queried with M365 Copilot.
As most MSPs use M365, I see Copilot as a better bang for buck than native OpenAI integrations.
This is something that Confluence has and it works very well: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/confluence-cloud-connector
Being able to query Docs with Copilot would put Hudu wayyyy ahead of competitors.

365 Co-Pilot Integration

Imagine for a moment, if the HUDU API seamlessly integrated with Co-Pilot licensing for 365 business to create a perfect technician resource. Techs could easily ask copilot in normal english and get a reply with links to local hudu resources for client specific issues. It could either be implemented by using the existing co-writing AI setup to allow for user input/searching in hudu itself or through the actual co-pilot portal. Feels like a really easy way to boost hudu sales figures while allowing for a much easier resource for technicians to find the potentially hundreds of KB articles for a client that match the correct issue.
Seems from what I've done in preliminary research is that no other competitor is currently even thinking of doing this, and the integration from what I've seen in the hudu documentation would not be that hard to implement, as you can 'feed' co-pilot custom information through azure/sharepoint, so you could hypothetically make this link fairly easily; or even like I mentioned earlier; keep it all on hudu's portal and use your existing LLM integration to allow for LLM based searches for KB's
Thanks for reading this suggestion, and I hope you have a great day!!

I think it would be incredibly useful to be able to have copilot access the hudu docs, to speed up the ticket workflow. HUDUs built in search feature is inadequate.

Add Microsoft 365 Copilot as a Hudini AI Provider

Microsoft have recently released the Microsoft 365 Copilot chat API, which should allow this to be possible.
Many MSP's already have copilot licences in place, so this would help a lot more people utilise Hudini.

Agreed. We're not currently Hudu clients but I'd switch in a heartbeat if this was available. Having AI review SOPs against ticket notes or source documents that update every day (I'm looking at you Microsoft!) would raise the bar significantly.

This is an essential feature for us - we use coipilot and need integration with Hudu

This would be an absolutely tremendous advantage for us to be able to query Copilot and have the knowledge of Hudu included. We use copilot more and more every day. It makes us much more productive and provides useful answers from our current Microsoft Documents.
With Hudu becoming a very important source of knowledge for our MSP business, it is even more important to include the Hudu knowledge.
This should be set as a high priority and expedited.
