Individualized Login Schedules

We would like to specify the access schedule for each individual technician and/or have login schedule groups that are not tied to the main permissions groups. We have techs working different schedules, doing after hours server maintenance, weekend OT, etc. that we would like to give more flexible login schedules to, but to do that we have to put them in a different main access group which means more group permissions to manage with each new client, folder, etc. that is created in the portal. For example with technicians, we want to have all techs be in the helpdesk group for what they have access to, and then separately set their working hours either by schedule groups or their individual user account.
