Have optional tasks in processes

Currently, if we have a task, but don't check it because we didn't do it (it was not required for this case), then the process will never be marked as completed. I know I can edit the process and delete that task, but what if that task is eventually be needed. This has happened to us.
As an example, the process of setting up a new computer for a customer: A specific software is installed for some people at the company, but not others. Eventually the software that was not initially needed for a system is needed months later.
If there was a check box to click to mark a task as optional, then when going through the process, those tasks would have an additional check box "not needed". If eventually, that task is needed, then we can come back an check completed. This way, both, "not needed" and "done" (at a later date) timestamps can be recorded as well as the process being marked completed.

This is really needed. We want 100% task completion so we end up checking the task item then adding "N/A" to the notes. Please add a way to say "N/A" or "Not needed" as a completion option. Having that Optional task flag would be nice, to enforce a task completion, but another checkbox would be a great time saver.

Process Templates - Ability to Mark a Process in the list as Not Required/Not Applicable

While building out our new processes for onboarding- We are setting up a process for Administrative tasks and also another for the Techs to follow to complete then software setups etc needed for that client. We want to be able to have a master list of items and then for that client instead of deleting the items not needed, we simply mark as Not Applicable. It should then change the colour of the Process list to another colour to easily identify that this item is not required.
This will make it easier in the future to reference what was done and what was marked as not completed.

Skip process items

I'm dutifully completing the process that I created for a new user and there's a few items in here that account for different roles in the organization. I find myself wanting to SKIP the checkboxes so I don't say its done without doing it (i.e. creating an account in a tech system for a sales rep).
It would be great if we could have a SKIP button so that can record that we purposefully skipped that step and still have the process marked complete.

+1 this would really assist us

Guys - I think A Not Applicable Option against Tasks in a Process would be great. We can get around it by ticking it off and leaving a completion note against the task to state 'not applicable' though an actual button for this would be better

More flexibility with processes would be great. The ability to edit or delete once started and the ability create sub tasks would be a great addition.
