Fully modify process runs

I came here to request this feature. I think there should be tiers of Processes.
- Process as they are now, where a Run is un-editable and should be followed as such.
- Process where Runs should be editable (certain sub-tasks be added or deleted, notes can be added to the Run, etc. for longer running processes)
- Having a "Process without Runs" to signify that there only ever will be a single Run of the process, which would then be editable.
#3 is the main one I'd like to see. We have used a process to also identify how aligned a Client is to our technology Stack, and a Process is a great place, as it allows for notes, links, etc. Each "Task" is a point of alignment and can be checked off as a "yes, this client is aligned with us on this topic". But now with Run's we can no longer add notes/etc. which allows us a single place for cross-department alignment on the client and their state of alignment.
