The existing PDF export works well, but for many of our assets, especially those generated via custom automation or containing large datasets, the resulting PDFs become extremely bloated and span many pages. This makes them difficult to navigate and less practical in the field.
We’d love to see an option to export documentation as HTML, ideally as a single self-contained web archive file such as MHTML. This would allow the recipient to open the file locally and browse the documentation by section, similar to the Hudu customer portal experience.
This would be particularly valuable for handing off documentation to another MSP or to technicians working on-site or in environments without cellular connectivity, who need offline access to structured, easy-to-navigate documentation.
