Allow filed customization of core assets such as "Passwords" and "Networks". just like custom assets. no reason why I should not be able to set a "Rotation Date" for a password with an alert, or "Password Type", or "VLAN ID" for networks. etc.

Processes is part of core, I want to be able to hide it completely so staff cannot add processes as they will be adding stuff that should go in KB's in Processes section.

Even if you have an option in the groups to permanently hide the "Hide Empty Items" feature and then lock it down so the staff member cannot unhide it that would work.

We need to be able to disable some of the "core" options because we don't use them and have had issues with new users adding data there. An "on/off" toggle like someone else suggested would be ideal for this

Agreed on this, I just got a request from our team today to show the person's name that created or last updated KB. Apparently they could do that in IT Glue so miss the feature to help sort and find KBs.

Just being able to pick and choose which assets are shown in Core would be awesome. An on/off toggle somewhere in asset settings in Admin would be perfect.

Core assets should also be allowed to have flags and used as gold standards.

This is extremely important to us as well. We have information we need to store on Websites, etc that we're putting into the "Notes" field which is far from ideal.
