Customizable Core Assets List

Under any customer the top left "Core Assets" list should be customizable either by customer or globally.

I would like to be able to pin "Applications" and "Vendors" as Core Assets, as well as others instead of searching the list below.

I would like the ability to disable access to items under the 'Core' folder, specifically IPAM & Racks. This feature would help in managing access and visibility of certain functionalities that are not needed by all users.
