Custom fields for companies

I understand that Companies are fixed layouts. It would be helpful if there was an option to supplement the layout with custom fields. This would help us customize the customer overview page according to our needs.

Any news on this? We really need to be able to put in custom fields in when we add a new company because one of our automations is failing now due to recent changes from one of our vendors and it is a vital timesaver for us. I have a workaround for it for now but i would ideally be able to edit the layout myself.

More options for the Customer Overview page

Being able to display other information on the customer overview page from their details is pretty vital, I'm actually very surprised that's not an option yet. For example, the only four options available are: Name, Type, City, State. It would be nice to be able to customize the view of this page to show more information in the table view, as well as add a "Favorite" option to the Bulk Actions menu. Additionally, an "Active/Inactive" drop down in the Edit section of a client page would be nice as well.

Also being able to customize and filter the company list by things such as company codes would be great.

Would be great to have the ability to add additonal custom fields as we have site codes for example that make it easier to find companies, it would be good if these fields can also be added to the active Companies list as well.

+1 for this. We have different helpdesk email addresses for clients on their own domain that would be nice to have at that top level. The ability to create a custom field here would be perfect.

This would be useful. It gives somewhere to store company info like registered company number, vat number, etc, without having to create a custom asset type that would only ever have one asset per company.

Agree 100%. Specifically for us, we'd like to be able to add a service level field that we can display in the companies list. But of course, the ability to add custom fields as needed would be the best approach I believe! Here's hoping this request gets more traction.
