When onboarding clients or requesting credentials it would be nice if they could enter one off credentials via portal, a form, or if the API permissions allowed more granular permissions such as post a password but not read existing passwords

Would also be great if customers could update credentials in the portal that we have already created. If we have the account information for their ISP documented, it would be handy if they are able to update that if they change the account PIN.

On top of that, when requesting a password to a computer or software app, send them a one time link to input their password in into the client. Just like the sending the password via Hulu, us MSP's can request the passwords over a one time link.

FortifyIT: This has crossed my mind a few times. Sending the password via Hudu is an excellent feature, to be able to request a credential would be fantastic and perhaps being able to assign the password to a variable also.
