We’d like the ability to insert checkboxes into rich-text fields and KB articles. This would improve usability for internal documentation, procedures, and templates by enabling task tracking directly within articles or rich-text areas.
Use Cases:
- Creating interactive process checklists within KB articles.
- Tracking task completion inside asset documentation.
- Checkboxes inside a process's rich-text field.

This will be extremely useful for reusable SOP checklists within KB articles. Since a KB article is static and shared, the checkboxes should be interactive directly from the article without requiring Edit mode. Please also include a Reset All Checkboxes option, preferably with a confirmation prompt, so the checklist returns to its original unchecked state for the next person who uses the SOP/KB article.

I'd like to be able to create a list of checkboxes inside of an article, similar to programs like Evernote and OneNote.
