IPAM networks are sorted by numeric default, which is not the correct way, it should be sorted by octet numeric. For example, networks are sorted like this:
10.1.0.0
10.15.0.0
10.17.0.0
10.2.0.0
Where they should be:
10.1.0.0
10.2.0.0
10.15.0.0
10.17.0.0
