The ability to batch edit or a "replace all" functionality based on filters is needed. This would allow us to update lists and assets quickly and neatly—like the OS versions example in my screenshot from our Maintenance list.

The need to go into every single asset manually, scroll down to find the field, edit it, and save it every single time is quite time-consuming on the long run when we do have to edit hundreds of assets every month - a lightweight documentation tool needs to be practical too for ease of use.

Please give us a way to batch edit/sub all! :)
