This should be a much simpler task to invite a client to the portal. Like other comments here have said it should auto populate all of the customers items. As well as Auto set up the portal once a user has been selected to be a portal user. We should be able to link the new portal user created to a person card in HUDU.

At the moment it’s like 3 to 4 steps

Invite the user as a portal user

Activate, The Company portal

Enable The Company portal

Publish all assets to the portal

I am not quite sure why this is so complicated… when it could just be a checkbox or button after you add a portal user Auto deploy portal Customer…

I don’t understand the benefit of having to do it manually after inviting a user… I don’t think it’s security related…

Honestly, it’s a pain in the ass…
