Asset Layout Field - non editable text (similar to Heading)

Add to assets a text field that displays but is not editable, this would be similar in function to 'Heading' where this text will show in the Asset and PDF export but does need to be consistently shown across all Asset documents of that type.
The heading feature can be used but the formatting makes that font size too large for block text.
Bonus points if this was a rich text field.

I use assets to make checklists and procedures with development questions. Adding a rich text Headling field would provide information on how to answer questions.

Currently to guide user when they create an asset I use heading field (to categorize fields for some generic assets). But these field are visible when asset is created. Can we have a special field (not showing up after creation) or anything else to categorize/group fields ?

This should be a thing - Asset layouts often need additional text to explain certain fields, and the 'hint' section is not suitable.

Ability to add text sections - I may want to describe the use for a particular asset type, perhaps link to additional documentation on how to enter data for the asset.
Help text should allow hyperlinks - may want to have a page on how to find the data for a particular field.

Large, small, bold, underline and italic options would be sufficient.

The Hudu Team: Hi Team, I don't have the need for this but can understand the benefit and it gives me some ideas for the future...
Possibly it could be an idea (maybe separate) to have an "advanced" mode when editing asset layouts or when developer mode is on that allows you to add a CSS ID or similar to fields so that if you have a custom style, you can be granular and apply to individual elements?
