Use case: Internal users (Techs) can use this feature to send temporary passwords for new hire or password resets.

This would be a useful feature to provide temporary passwords in a more secure manor. Should not require admin or super admin rights to do so.

Ideally this would be assignable per user.

Alternatively, if the group options allowed for more restrictions on what permissions could be removed, we could assign a tech as an admin then remove access to the admin portion, the ability to delete, etc.
