Allow non-admin users to delete file attachments

As of 2.41.0, non-admin users are no longer able to delete file attachments. It would be helpful to have an option to allow non-admins to delete attachments they have access to.

sometimes if one of my guys are copying an excel CELL, and pasting data into Hudu, it creates a small image, the number of times I have had to delete these in Hudu is too high!

Please consider rolling this change back, as an organization who relies on engineers updating .Docx and .Xlsx formatted files loaded into the KBs this is a terrible change as they cannot remove the old file from the KB and we are stuck now with with a massive list of renamed old files as hudu does not support these file types being editable in hudu itself.

100% need this back. Archive is fine, but need something here to ensure we keep attachments up to date

Yes! This is crucial for us. Even if the option was to archive the attachments instead of outright deletion.
