It would be great to simply support hex color codes for custom flags [/admin/flag_types].
Ideally, it would be great to include the customizability that Asset Layouts have, where you can specify a foreground, background, and potentially even a custom flag icon through font-awesome (though not necessary but would be neat).

Yes please! This would be really good for those of us who use committees to tackle tasks with team members on opposite schedules.
